M365 Licensing - what do you pay?

We currently buy our licensing through CSP. It’s fine but I have to submit a PO even if I just want to add a single license.

 

We currently use Stone and pay (yearly) £109 for A5 and £52 for A3.

 

What do others pay and who are you with? Would be good to know if others have a simple portal where they can increase/decrease numbers on the fly…

I can't remember the exact cost we currently pay but the CSP licences are with Softcat and I can logon and flex the licences up and down accordingly.

£100.68 for A5 on SoftCat EES to give another example

We pay £41.15 for A3 Core CAL version

 

And

 

£88.79 for A5 level licencing (A3 Core CAL plus an A5 step up license.

 

This is purchased through the CHEST framework on EES terms, so discounts apply in years 1 and 2. (We are in year 2).

 

Still a really good saving for a couple of years.
