Server warranty renewal

Not sure if this is the correct thread, but here goes.

 

We have a dell server and the next business day warranty etc has expired, just wondered if anyone out there recommends cheaper warranties for renewal.

We went with DELL direct for this. I assumed when we were in need of any assistance with the server, and we needed to contact DELL, I'd want the process to be as smooth as possible. I'd probably be dealing with anothers stress at that point.

I'd stick direct with Dell also if it was me. In the situations where you use the warranty, you want it to be as simple as possible.
