Mosyle Primary Leader

Does anyone know how to change the primary leader admin account to another admin account in Mosyle

Not done it but it looks like you should be able to add a new admin and then edit them to make them Primary Leader.

Our primary leader is no longer working at the school and we're trying to remove him however we can't. There is no option for us to assign a new primary leader on a different account because it doesn't appear for us. Has anyone come across this before?

You need to set it via the old primary admin account. So if they no longer work there, just make their email as a temporary shared mailbox, then password reset via mosyle and change primary admin then delete it again
