SIMS leaver Z marks not adding into register

Hi all,

 

I'm just in the process of finalising the Spring submission and I'm slightly stuck on one issue regarding a student who left on 06/09/23. There was a clerical error regarding the leaving date and an exclusion record, so once sorted it left " - " marks for the AM and PM session on the 6th. I've run the Db Diagnostics which usually picks up erroneous / missing marks and fixes them however for this record it will not see the 6th as being Z marks.

 

Has anyone come across this before? I'm reluctant to put any marks in e.g. C as that will likely throw up questions.

I've had to obtain patches from support in the past for missing marks and Z marks etc that dont resolve.
