ITGuyNW Posted December 18, 2023 Posted December 18, 2023 Hi We have Netsweeper through BT Lancashire and it seems its not accepting any changes at the moment, whether its allowing sites to the allow list or removing one from deny. I have changes from 10 days ago that haven't happened. The actual filtering is still working though. Anyone else seen anything similar?
WannabrewUK Posted December 18, 2023 Posted December 18, 2023 We use Schools broadband and saw very similar behaviour back in October. SBB said they were working with Netsweeper, who identified a bug and a fix was applied. Maybe its the same issue. 1
ITGuyNW Posted December 18, 2023 Author Posted December 18, 2023 So is yours back to normal now? My case has been "escalated" to the netsweeper team.

They are in the process of migrating schools to Netsweeper Cloud so I wouldn't be surprised if it is someway frozen whilst you are migrated. Have you been given a migration date? I'm currently having issues with sites showing "Connection not secure" message randomly. A refresh usually sorts, I'm assuming this is also related to the migration underway.
ITGuyNW Posted December 18, 2023 Author Posted December 18, 2023 We were already on a cloud product but there was some sort of migration their end 17th October. The filtering has been working fine so didn't think much else of it but after trying to do a few changes recently I've come to realise I don't think all is well!
