Internet Options to add a Trusted Local Intranet site

Anyone know how to add a trusted local intranet location by file name or a specific folder on a network share?

from "Click the "Sites" button"

I need to click on "Advanced"

Then in the URL field i cannot add specific network share paths i.e \\server\share\folder\subfolder\

It does let me type it in and add it but when its applied and i go back in these settings the path is not there it only appears to be \\server.name\

Hope that makes sense?
