365 Admin recovering files from Recycle Bin

I used to be able to recover students deleted files by logging into 365 admin and creating a linking to access their files. This still works and I can see the students files and folders. Since Microsoft made changes I can no longer see or get access to the recycle and backup recycle bins. How can I restore files when the students have deleted their important coursework?

MS have "hidden" the option to get to the users recycle bin from the GUI, however if you update the URL to change it from ?view=1 to ?view=5, you will see their deleted files

Have now been able to restore file View 5 worked. I can also switch back to classic view. Yes we backup 365 but much quicker to get access to their recycle or second stage bin

The Users themselves still see the Recycle bin in their OneDrive view, so can always "educate" the students on how to restore their own files
