robjduk Posted November 16, 2023 Posted November 16, 2023 Morning all, Our provision map system sends out emails appearing to come from members of staff which is triggering Gmail sending them to quarantine. I can't for the life of me figure out how to stop this happening and look for pointers. The mail is coming from replies.schoolrobins.com and the only information it says is "matched rule". The domain is in the whitelist (not best practice I know but looking to start and tighten it up) and even started adding compliance rules in an effort to stop this happening but still can't see what is causing this. Surely there must be a way of stopping this from happening? Guides online seem to point towards making quarantine rules however things seem to have updated since the instructions were made as quarantine seems to be stripped down to a few basic tickboxes. Any help is welcome. (I would raise it with Google support but they have been awful of late) Thank you
jthompson Posted November 16, 2023 Posted November 16, 2023 Have you tried this? Admin > Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail > Spam, phishing and malware > Spam. Add a new rule and name it "Provision Maps Delivery" or something. In the rule, enable the option "Bypass spam filters for messages from senders or domains in selected lists". Click on "Create or edit list" and create a new list to use. Name the list "Provision Maps sender" or something and add "replies.schoolrobins.com" to it. After creating that list, return to the spam rule in the previous tab, click on "Use and existing list" and pick your list. See if that does the trick. 1

I have put them in my existing spam whitelist but I will separate it out. Gives me a clearer view.
