Automap shared calendar

Looking for a way to automap just a calendar within exchange as several teachers are adding the wrong one, SBM is getting irate.

 

Everything is saying you have to automap but this only works on a mailbox level not individual folders has anyone else set up something similar to this.

You can send an invite out when you change the permissions

I dont think it can be done automatically - has beena while since I have actually looked though

That's what i ended up doing, removing permissions readding account with account notify on then updating permissions ( read somewhere only certain permissions were able to have email to be sent for notification)
