Does anyone else use this software, had a lot of problems with automatic sign in either not signing people in or not signing them out

Thought it was mainly iOS and location permissions as so far Android users seem ok, although hard to tell , but even when they check on iOS and its set to "Always" it seems the app doesn't pick them up , we have the 150m zone over our school

 

Was thinking about disabling it if we are using it for evacuations

We've limited this to just our techs because of how intermittent it is. We've found that if an iPhone restarts after an update or dying, the app needs to be reopened for the automatic sign in to work. We also setup the scheduled reminders bit which makes you check whether you got the notification to say you've been signed in.
