Flight case

Hi Guys, can anyone help me find a flight case for an Optoma ZU500USTe projector? We've just got 3 and they will be moving and stored on a daily.

Look for a photographic equipment flight case. There are loads around that would be the right size and as they're standard items, they're not expensive. As they need to suit photographers hugely variable range of equipment they usually have a complete foam filling which you cut to fit whatever you want to put inside.

Pelicase are, possibly, more of the top-range suppliers for this kind of thing. If you search "pelicase" on Google you'll get their website and a selection of probably-just-as-good-but-cheaper alternatives, which might be a good place to start.
