Just getting a blank screen in the browser, but noticed this in the address bar that I don't remember seeing before...

For us if we used https://www.readingcloud.net/?site=u%yournumber% then it seems to work.

Thanks, we had a similar idea... "ht tps://%yournumber%.microlibrarian.net" seems to work for us... looks like there's a few different ways to get to the same website!

 

I have also received confirmation from their support that they did some sort of update last night that broke everything, but they have since 'rolled back' that update as of 10 a.m. today and it should be resolved... apparently they can load our site OK.

 

However, it's still not working for us, but I think I will push out the new shortcut as above (not sure what the "/default.aspx?ad=true" bits did anyway).

We've had this a few times this term, but, have found it to be browser dependant.

 

I.e., it wasn't working for me in Chrome, but then it did in Edge. Reset Chrome profile, worked on Chrome again for a bit, then crapped out again.

 

I'm fairly sure the problem for us is a setting or file in Chrome somewhere, but I've no idea what.

This worked for us:

 

Use the URL https://juniorclassic.microlibrarian.net/?theme=&customerid=Unnnnnn (where nnnnnn is your ID). The other two URLs mentioned above don't work for us but this one does!

Interesting behaviour for us today;

 

 

• https://unnnnnn.microlibrarian.net - (the traditional route) craps out on a blank white screen on Chrome (works OK in Edge)
  

 

 

• https://juniorclassic.microlibrarian.net/?theme=&customerid=UNNNNNN - (the new redirected address) hangs on a black screen with a spinning circle of doom (works OK in Edge)
  

 

 

• https://www.readingcloud.net/?site=unnnnnnn - does nothing for us in either browser
  

 

This behaviour is just as observed on my computer logged on as me btw. I haven't tested on others.
