Running a program at startup in CC3?

I have just installed the full version of papercut on the print server but it comes with a client program that is required to run whenever a user logs on to the machine.

 

I have tried usinga gpo to just run the exe from the share but it will only work for admins.

 

Can someone tell me how I can achieve this on CC3?

Using Typemanager or whatever its called from the management console under each usertype I added

 

\\STB-SVR-002\PCounter\WBALANCE.exe

and

\\STB-SVR-002\PCounter\PPOPUP.exe

 

To General > Specify Post Desktop Programs to run.

 

You could probably do it on a machine basis as well.
