KB5031354 (Oct CU) causing taskbar to go missing

Morning all,

Luckily I tested KB5031354 and just like last month's CU, it's making my user's taskbar disappear (local users on laptops are fine, just ones with network profiles) . Is anyone else getting this or know a fix?

Just in case anyone else ever has this problem and finds this post, delete every file in c:\Windows\System32\AppLocker other than appcache.dat and restart.
