aaustwick Posted October 11, 2023 Posted October 11, 2023 We have a number of PCs with Windows 10 Ed 22, H2. They have Protools and Avid Link installed. Avid Link is version 23.9.0.4494. I am logged on to the PCs as an administrator, I'm running Avid Link as Administrator, but Avid Link will not load. I've tried this on 6 PCs, I restarted them, and ran Avid Link on all 6 again. This time it started up on 3 of them. I restarted them all again, and this time Avid Link would not open on any of them. I've tried this a number of times, on some it will occasionally open, but on some it has never opened after re-starting. Has anyone else had this problem? The Windows Firewall is disabled. Thank you.

I've always found avid link to be a clunky piece of cr... I mean software. Tried checking application event logs? Tried a clean reinstall? Uninstall, clean up program files & reinstall
