[bromcom] Power BI - accessing parents' details

I've created a Power App to help streamline certain elements of managing attendance. The Power App is populated from a Power BI dataset that is itself populated via the Bromcom API. I'd like to add another feature that creates an attendance letter for a chosen pupil. Ideally, I'd like as much of the letter as possible to be pre-populated, pulling this information from Bromcom, via a couple of steps.

 

The issue I having is that I cannot find the table that has the key details of a pupil's parents/carers that I could use to populate such a letter.

That would be because there isn't one. Contacts of pupils aren't exposed over either of the APIs. You'll have to build a QuickReport and use it's livefeed URL with Data > Get Data > From Web.
