Unable to enroll devices into Intune/Azure

Hi guys. We have been facing, for some months now, issues with not being able to enroll new and existing devices into Azure/Intune.

 

We have tried School PC setup and other methods, at the moment we have a batch of 11SEs and it hangs on the Azure enrolment, then errors out.

 

We have changed to A3 recently, going from A1 Plus.

 

Any ideas or has anyone found this issue before? Really stuck, we did hundreds last year and no problems. MS just give us the round around.

Our last batch were a pain - ended up being a blank column in the CSV.

Is it hanging on the ESP page? If so this may be helpful.

Fixed, it was the MFA for the generic account we created during the set up school PC app!
