Outlook - You dont have permission to send to

Can anyone help please, i think I'm going mad with this

 

Where would i go to change the access rights so i can give all staff permissions to send anything to teams through email

Click the group name, goto settings "tab" Delivery management say?

I think there are various ways to do it but in Exchange Admin, go to Groups, find that group, Settings and there is delivery management.

Thanks for the reply, do you know how to do this on mass as we have about 2500 teams and would take forever doing this individually?

We do this with Powershell for onprem Exchange; I'm sure there will be equivalent for 365.

In the teams admin portal Teams>Teams Settings>Email integration there's a setting for "users can send email to a channel email address"

 

What are you trying to achieve? for mail to show up in teams you need to send to a channel email address IIRC
