andy_b Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 What does https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/#/groups Click the group name, goto settings "tab" Delivery management say?
TechMonkey Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 I think there are various ways to do it but in Exchange Admin, go to Groups, find that group, Settings and there is delivery management.
leewakelam Posted September 15, 2023 Author Posted September 15, 2023 Thanks for the reply, do you know how to do this on mass as we have about 2500 teams and would take forever doing this individually?

howartp Posted September 15, 2023 Posted September 15, 2023 We do this with Powershell for onprem Exchange; I'm sure there will be equivalent for 365.
Domino Posted September 18, 2023 Posted September 18, 2023 In the teams admin portal Teams>Teams Settings>Email integration there's a setting for "users can send email to a channel email address" What are you trying to achieve? for mail to show up in teams you need to send to a channel email address IIRC
