Chromebook previous user

Hi

 

We have 800 chromebooks that dont seem to remove last logged on users. How can i remove it remotely without having to go chromebook one by one?

If you sign in to your Google Admin console [< Linked] then navigate to through the menu structure to the place where you want the policy to apply (is it to all Chromebooks, Staff devices, student, ...etc)

 

You should be able to find a policy that says "Keep last login username persistent" (or similar, I'm doing this partly from memory, and I don't have access to the Admin Console any more)

 

The policy is enabled by default. It sounds like you want to disable it for some or all of your devices.
