Chrome & Edge Error - Status_Breakpoint

Hope you are all well.

 

We had a delightful first full day of term today with an issue in particular which cropped up and wanted to see if anyone has been dealing with the same thing.

We had reports of staff struggling with Outlook Web App crashing and after attending some of the PCs, we were seeing an error called the Aw Snap/Can't open this page with the error code status_breakpoint.

 

The browser will refresh and Outlook will work again for a short period before doing it again at random. We are seeing this across Chrome and Edge on Windows 10.

 

This is happening frequently across a number of PCs.

 

We have updated Chrome and Edge manually on an affected PC, the PC being tested with was on Chrome version 116.0.5845.179, now updated to 116.0.5845.180.

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Is the OWA local or office 365 based?

@tomsam22 Did you ever workout the issue?

 

I have a number of users reporting this, but I cant workout what is actually causing it.
