Application Virualization Package shortcut win10

Hi, wondering if any one can help me. We wrap SIMS up and push it out to pcs running 8.1 no problem using App-V 5.1

 

the pc's have a man. profile and use openshell for the star menu

 

We have just pushed out window 10 to our teaching class rooms and app-v is pushed out using GP we install the package link and it works with admin account and sims opens put when we logon as teacher the folder doesn't get created on the windows 10 pc. but if logon to the 8.1 it does. What have a missed?
