Fuzzy/Pixelated screen when mirroring in Clevershare

Hi there,

I'm using the Clevershare software to mirror my Mac screen on the Clevertouch board in my classroom, and it is always blurry and pixelated so much that the words cannot be read. I've updated software, and asked our Tech person, but no one can figure it out. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
