Contract: Permanent, Fulltime at 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Salary: FTE £30,000-£35,000 p.a. plus excellent benefits

Location: Hybrid working consisting of remote working, flexibility required to work across educational settings in Hertfordshire and neighbouring counties, along with occasional visits to Robertson House, Stevenage.

 

Join our enthusiastic and dedicated Technology in Schools team as a Solutions Engineer.

 

In this role you will be:

  • working alongside passionate technologists
  • supporting hundreds of schools by integrating both cloud and server-based solutions.
  • empowered to work directly with schools shaping requirements, design, configuration, and project implementations.
  • trouble shooting and fixing complex technical issues.
  • willing to learn new technical skills on an ongoing basis.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft 365 | Azure Endpoint | SharePoint.
  • Experience of Google G Suite, including migration and management.
  • Experience of Windows Server and Windows Desktop.
  • Advanced problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • A passion for innovation and new technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and strong communications skills.
