Backing up VM issue

Good evening all,

 

I have recently started to have a problem with my backup. I have a VM server with 4 VMs and noticed that 1 of the 4 VM guest is not available when selecting which hyper V guest to back up.

 

We use backup assist and I have tried everything I can think of.

 

The other 3 are available, besides from 1.

Is VSS on the VM operating system looking healthy?
