Salto User Import Failing

We have been struggling with importing user in to Salto

 

When we go through the synchronisation process it says that it has completed but the user does not show in the Salto users list

 

Does anyone have a a template .csv file that has worked?

 

Or could anyone throw some light on what maybe going wrong?

We do it every year on roll over.

 

You link fields to headers on .csv import

 

Surname Forename (Firstname) Group Year ID Pupil Photo File Path

 

Thats the headers we use. There are logs generated on errors which is quite good at telling you what's wrong.
