[sims] Adding new student starting in Y8 next academic year

Hello all,

Can anyone help me with this one. I know how to put new Y6-7 transfer students into pre-admission and I know how to add new students to all current years but how do I add a new student to SIMS to start Y8 in the next academic year?

I appreciate I can wait until September but it would be better if i can put them on now so I can get their timetable ready in advance.

Any help would be much appreciated.
