Has anyone managed to get edge auto sign in working?

 

We are a domain joined environment not hybrid.

I've got mine working - sometimes takes a minute or two to sign in automatically if the user profile is new. These are the GPO settings I have set relating to sign in under User config > Admin templates > Edge

 

 

Browser Sign in Settings : Enabled

 

Configure whether a user always has a default profile signed in with their work or school account : Disabled

 

Force synchronization of browser data and do not show the sync consent prompt : Enabled

 

Hide first run experience : Enabled

Being Azure Hybrid joined is a) free, and b) changes nothing about your domain computer, so it's worth doing

Apologies I mis-read your question!! Yes I would also recommend azure hybrid joining.
