Printing - everyones favourite topic!

Hi, I am trying to find the best product for cloud printing, intune and Chromebooks. I have had a look at Printix, but this doesn't seem to allow staff to release student print outs.

 

Here's an example. Student login and send something to print. We would like this to be held until a teacher releases the print out. From speaking to Printix this isn't possible

 

I know it's possible in Papercut MF but not in Papercut Hive. What are people's experiences? Or solutions you have come across

Papercut Mobility print, I have tested this in my development lab and used in a real scenario where I used Google ChromeOs Flex, worked really well, at the time of using it I used a Google workspace tenant, you have the option to use username that links into AD I think, I remember there being an option to use office 365 I think.

 

Was really good for printing off devices like Chromebook’s.

 

Not sure about teacher release, I never looked into anything like that.

 

I think it’s free as well, I never paid!

 

I’d look into it.
