OneDrive - "Updating OneDrive" every reboot.

Having an issue which im sure isnt unique, but cant find much information on.

 

I am about to rollout Onedrive fully for kids . But seem to be running into a small issue.

 

When onedrive loads after a user logs in ( if their profile does not exist on the machine ), Onedrive states "Updating OneDrive" . This takes a few mins to complete and then its finished.

 

But ! its not happening every time ...

 

We are using the Machine Wide installer that installs it into "Program Files" and not their user profile.

 

Is this Normal ? I assume not as the machine is on the latest version and its just randomly "Updating Onedrive" each time.

 

Is this something to do with the "OneDrive Update Service ? "

Any one know whats happening ? is it changing versions such as business > personal ?
