Unifi G4 Dome Firmware

In a catch 22 at the moment...

 

Having issues with an NVR picking up a Unifi G4 Dome. Thought i'd update the firmware to see if it joins, unifis website doesnt have the firmware you have to update it via the NVR which i can't connect to... as i need to update the firmware....

 

Anyone have the lastest firmware lying around?

Have you tried doing a reset-to-factory-settings already? It should be seen by the NVR as a new, un-managed device.

Yeah normally when it gets seen the NVR would update the firmware directly although it can take a while to start, or at least the UDM can take a bit.

Found the issue, the cameras were on the wrong VLAN.... even though i got told it should work on the VLAN they were on, checked another camera, different vlan moved and all worked...
