Impero mute issue

Hi

 

I have a strange issue in one of the IT rooms where sound via the headphones is always muted.

 

there is a mute policy in affect but we cant seem to remove it? Any ideas? thanks!

Seconded. More than once (i.e. many times) teachers with Impero permissions logged off with Impero restrictions still applied (mute/mouse or screen lock) leading to complaints from the next class to use those same computers.
