EeboBebo Posted June 8, 2023 Posted June 8, 2023 (edited) Has any else had the issue where by Airprint printers just start asking for user credentials? It seems to be spreading here over the last few years and were not sure how to solve it. It seems like as soon as the Mac OS or iOS is updated, the clients ask for authentication but no credentials works such as domain or printer credentials Edit: we also dont use any print management software such as papercut Thanks Edited June 8, 2023 by EeboBebo
Olliedawg Posted June 8, 2023 Posted June 8, 2023 What kind of printers are they? What exactly is the credential message that pops up? Could it be firewall related?
