[22h2] Windows 11 Office 365 Apps Stuck Calling Printer when using Colour

Lovely long standing problem.

 

We've had various Windows 11 machines have issues printing from Word and Excel 365 Apps. The user selects our Papercut Virtual Print Queue and then Word hangs with calling Printer in the bottom left corner. This only affect Colour printing. We've updated our Papercut Server recently to try and solve the issue and no joy.

 

We have Kyocera printers if that matters at all, though we currently suspect it to be an Office 365/Windows 11 issue.

Just wondering if you ever found a solution to this issue? I've ran into this issue recently, running an almost identical setup as yours and so far haven't been able to find a solution.
