HikVision error when trying to logon

When trying to logon using "HikCentral Professional Control Client" a couple of recent installations are giving this error:

 

 

Failed to download the resource. Token is invalid.

(Error Code: VSM [220])

 

 

Any ideas anyone?

 

Have plenty of other Windows clients which are logging in fine.

Not sure if it’s changed but anything with invalid token in used to be non supported CPUs

 

Think the checks don’t recognise some of the latest cpus as 64bit

 

You tried the 32bit client just to test it on one of them?

Had to use the EXE rather than the MSI and that worked!
