Connecting to shared printer

Evening,

 

Last minute issues in prep for Mocks tomorrow. I've shared a printer which I do most years so the students using laptops can print out their work. For some reason, this one is throwing a wobbly with.

 

A policy is in effect which prevents you from connecting to the print queue

 

Doing it for my admin account too.. I can connect to any other printer.

 

Its an old HP 1320 using the universal print driver.

Depending on where its shared from (e.g. is it from a local pc) do they have that machine in the point print restrictions list?

Have you tried connecting to it via the IP address?

Sorry, sorted it. I had locked down which servers computers could attach to and forgot.
