looking for suggestions for primary school pupils blogging

on chromebooks ? Blogs can't be public.

 

teacher wanted to use Blogger which looked ideal but on testing it I found

service is unavailable for google workspace for users < 18

 

Could you do it in google docs at a push, e.g. allow comments by

pupil sharing it with other pupils ?

I'm not sure you would be able to restirct Blogger publishing to within your organisation anyway, since it's not a Workspace app.

 

Google Sites seems like the nearest thing when it comes to scoping it to your Workspace domain, although it won't technically work like a blog. You at least wouldn't need to setup and maintain anything extra.
