CyBeRkId2002 Posted March 28, 2023 Posted March 28, 2023 After struggling along with online Exchange mode for long enough we have made the switch to cached and are finding the whole experience far snappier. We do have a strange issue in that a small handful of staff are getting an error that it can't find the OST file (or something similar) and configuration has failed. For info: We are using Roaming Profiles (yes, yes - I know... these are going to be removed as soon as Outlook bring in the roaming signature feature in the next few days / weeks / months) It isn't every member of staff, and it isn't on every computer. Strangely seems to be computers they use less frequently We do not, at present, redirect the OST so should be in the local profile. I understand this will be regenerated on start-up for those who do roam but honestly this is such few people it SHOULD be a non-issue. The OST it is looking for is named based on the old domain name, not the one we have been using for the past 12 months or so All of the above makes me think this is stored in a regkey somewhere in the roaming profile. Has anyone seen this before and, if so, do you know what the key is so I can load up the registry and remove it for these problematic users?
