Google Account blocking TTRock Stars

Our pupils use ttrockstars on their ipads.

 

They can access it in Safari, and in Chrome if they are logged out but if they log into the school google account on Chrome they re blocked

 

"You do not have access to this service, to request access contact the administrator"

 

I cannot see what service I would need to allow for this website? It's just a basic maths times tables website.

 

Anyone seen this before?

Check in your google admin, Devices > Chrome > Settings > Users and Browsers >> URL Blocking and check you don't have anything accidentally blocked in there as that would only get blocked once the user signs in to the browser I believe.
