Weird issue with SD cards

We are experiencing weird issues this week... external SD card readers are not showing in Windows Explorer on Windows 11 & Windows 10 devices.... worked fine last week but nothing this week.

 

It can't be GPO has we haven't changed anything and can't find any issues online with updates, any one else got this issue?

Do you have Sophos or similar and have applied a Device Control Policy to block USB devices?

I'm 100% confident it is an issue with "Cumulative updates for Windows 10, and Windows 11 - March 2023". I've just built a laptop from its box, off the domain and it worked fine, but as soon as we did all the updates and installed March 2023 update it is now not working with SD cards!!
