Office 365 Black Screen

Hi,

 

We are experiencing a strange issue with o365 PowerPoint online showing a black screen. This is very intermittent and will sometimes display the PowerPoint and it works fine. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I have no issues with our internet speed.

Hi, we are experiencing the same thing. Been in contact with Microsoft and apparently it's a "known issue" and they are looking into it. very random sometimes happens straight away sometimes after 3 attempts of starting slideshow.
