We have discovered that not all our parent emails sent by InTouch are getting through to the parents, not in spam either.

 

Is there a capacity limit on recipients being emailed? Or is there something else that I might be missing?

Any undeliverable messages in the intouch inbox?

ESS have a secret list of email addresses that they don't even attempt to send emails to. Short term solution, raise a ticket with your SSU and they will ask ESS to remove the email address from the list. Mid-term solution, don't use Intouch. Long term solution, don't use any ESS products.
