That's not making a lot of sense to me - using BC since 2019 and never heard anyone mention "default intervals"...

Have data boundaries been configured under Config > Settings > Data Boundaries and thus we're we talking about "Current interval" available at My Account - https://cloudmis.bromcom.com/Nucleus/UI/Areas/User/MyAccount.aspx ?

Do you have a Nucleus data boundary in place with no end-date, with a start date in the past...?

Thanks for the response - I don't have massive involvement with enrolling staff onto Bromcom it's self - I rather use it to pull staff from, onto AD / O365 etc..

I have checked the config under Settings > Data Boundaries & come across this. Like you say, it seems to default new staff onto the 2020 - 2021 interval, instead of Nucleus which is what it should be on.

If they want all staff to default to Nucleus, select each Data Boundary, untick the common role for those staff (probs Teacher role), ensure it's only left ticked on Nucleus.

They could go thru every data boundary and untick every role from them, and just ensure they're all selected on Nucleus, and then never touch the Data Boundaries screen again as far as I'm aware (I certainly haven't touched it since '19!)
