akidosaint Posted February 21, 2023 Posted February 21, 2023 Not sure if this the right Forum. Having an issue with one of our schools they want to try to use Hello Telecom softphone. When off site it works fine comes to site unable to sign in get code 7 error. All ports to hello telecom dc's allowed. Hard phones on site work without issue. Looking at time stamp for user i saw one url not blocked so added it to do not filter still error code 7. Any pointers will be greatly appreciated. I have raised this with Hello awaiting response
