How to send email automatically from SIMS to parents saying their child was late?

Hi All,

 

I have had a request from our Head to find a bit of software or solution that would allow us to automatically send emails or texts home to parents informing them their child was late to school today but also to include home many minutes late they where.

 

We use SIMS here and I have had a look to see if I can find a way but I can only see that it would be individuals emails sent to each parent from in-touch with the late minutes manual added.

 

Has anyone got any solutions for me or ways they do it?
