ICT Technician

 

Salary: £21,504 - £26,874 per annum, dependent on experience

Hours: Full time

Contract: Permanent

Required from: As soon as possible

 

Sheffield Girls’ are looking to appoint an experienced ICT Technician to join their ICT Support department.

 

As ICT Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of ICT support across both the Senior and Junior schools. Working on a highly varied range of tasks you will assist both pupils and staff, providing technical advice and resolving support issues, escalating where necessary. You will assist with the installing of new and upgraded ICT systems, whilst also ensuring that the overall integrity of the school’s ICT system is maintained.

 

An excellent communicator with an astute eye for detail, you will possess demonstrable experience delivering customer focused ICT services, with a particular background in diagnosing and resolving technical errors. Knowledge of ICT Service Delivery management processes and procedures is essential, pairing this with a strong understanding of the latest trends in ICT as well as an in-depth knowledge of ICT Technologies.
