Has anyone had any calls about Cloudfront 403 errors when students are using Kerboodle? We've seen a sharp increase in the last week. Never had any issues with Kerboodle before. Went into an MFL class yesterday and asked all 32 students to log into Kerboodle on their Chromebooks. Everything worked great for two minutes, then one by one they all got 403 Cloudfront errors. The 403 error appears for around 15 minutes, then it clears and students can log back in again. Suspect Cloudfront thinks we're attempting to DDOS it and temporarily blocks us.

I've reported it to OUP who have asked me to clear the cache, remove all plugins etc....
