We are planning to start rolling out BenQ RM6503K 65" touchscreens in our school over the coming few years.

Prices seem to be all over the place ranging from £1699 - £2100 + Vat, installed.

What we ideally need are the screens installing after school 3 - 6pm and will be purchased in quantities of 1 & 2 units.

Anyone in the North west getting cheaper than £1699?

Thanks

We're paying £1780 for 65", old projector/speakers removed, TVs installed, assuming 4 installs per day either term-time or holiday.

We're slightly south-er/east-er than NW but the company is based nearer you than me.

Wow that's good going to install 4 per day during term time, is the drilling noise not disturbing for the children?

Your supplier must be raking it in each day , still £324 difference based on 4 units.

We don't do that many days term-time, but nobody has ever mentioned that as being an issue!

It's only 6 or 8 bolts (ish?) per room so a minute or two of drilling four times per day can't be too bad.

Update - We have had a number of BenQ screens fitted now and what a difference they have made to our classrooms. The staff are made up with the features and ease of use, we have even installed one in our school hall.

The installation company has also been a breath of fresh air and go the extra mile at every opportunity.

Hi Nicola, Thank you for the offer of training but the installer gave us a run through of the most useful features. We are only a small school and don't require use of the device management software but thank you.

Not that we are looking to move away from our current supplier, as our service/experience has been great so far but who else would you recommend in the Merseyside area?

looks like you've a great installer there, especially running through basic features. if you need any help or advice @Chris is in this thread and if your installer needs any help with pricing or contact with BenQ you should also have @Nicola's details.

Edugeek is a long term partnership for BenQ, so want to ensure members are looked after.

Hi Royce, we are currently using a company called Educare AV Services, they must be known to BenQ as the guys were saying they have fitted 1000's of Benq screens over the years.

There due to install some stage lighting for us over half term, so I'll pass on your details.
