Spring School Census Query 1110Q

Hello,

 

Please does anyone have knowledge of 1110Q which says "Please check: no support staff reported for any class"? I have tried the solution it says, which is to either go to Nova and correct data, or use Census Details Classes panel to check Support Staff Numbers. I have entered some numbers but after you save and recalculate & validate (dry run) it removes the data I have just entered. So I was wondering if this was a query known to others and a problem with the DfE? Your advice will be very much appreciated....thank you.

If you have edited the curriculum panel don't recalculate - that clears it and pulls the data through again.

Just revalidate after you have edited the panel.

Thank you. I tried that but going back to create and validate after making other adjustments, it still clears the numbers???
