Cornwall Education Learning Trust (CELT) is seeking to appoint an IT Technician to work for The Information Services Team which offers specialist IT, Media and Data Protection services to the Trust and its Academies.

 

The main purpose of the role is to

 

Provide support and training to staff across Cornwall Education Learning Trust.

Rollout of new devices and systems on school sites (Network/WiFi/InTune/AD)

Support SharePoint/OneDrive/O365

To provide end-user support on Windows PCs, Apple Macs, iPads, Android Tablets, display and projection equipment, printers and PBX / IP phones.

Ensuring data protection utilising Barracuda Backups,etc

Patching and updating of key systems
