Forcing default font style/size in Gmail - Possible?

We have a branding guideline here with regards to font style, colour size etc etc.

 

We have users (both staff and students) editing this when they compose an email. Think Yellows and pinks

 

Is there a way to force a default style in Gmail that can be controlled in the admin panel..... all the pages i look just show how to change fonts as a end-user.

I don't believe so. I can't see anything in the Gmail API that relates to fonts or styling.
